Banana Champs provides individualized coaching and training plans for ultramarathon runners, sports teams, coaches, athletes and individuals looking to enhance their potential.

Utilizing evidence-based strategies to maximize performance.

Services can be delivered one-on-one, in groups, in-person, or delivered remotely.


Goals may include 
  • Increasing motivation
  • Improving thinking, emotions, confidence, and concentration related to performance
  • Improving self-talk techniques
  • Promoting adherence to a healthy diet, regular training regime, and adherence to training protocols.
  • Tackling and preventing DNFs
  • Controlling the controllable; training flexibility and problem solving 
  • Increasing self-resiliency, grit, and mental stamina
  • Decreasing race anxiety and fear

 Individualized coaching for athletes and coaches that can include performance improvement, behavioral consulting, nutrition, and weekly planning.
​Includes an initial assessment and ongoing one on one consult.
